This site has comments on moderation. This means that you are able to type a comment, but it will sit in a cache until an administrator approves it, and will not appear on the site until this occurs. Generally, your comments will appear the same day (unless you’re a late night typer!).

Also, from time to time we clean up comments on old posts - if you see a comment string that doesn’t quite make sense, that’s why. Comments are also closed on a few older posts - if you try to comment there, the site won’t let you.

Because comments are on moderation, some legitimate comments get filtered into our spam catcher, which we’re not as quick to look at (well, we didn’t think to until recently! Sorry!) - also, you just get sick of looking at spam about porn, Viagra, and more porn. Also, if your comment has 2 or more links in it, it will likely go automatically to the spam catcher. If you have submitted a comment, but don’t see it posted within 1-2 days, please e-mail us a colorblindcupid@gmail.com, and we’ll know to check the spam catcher. We’re really not ignoring you.

Some comments are not welcome and won’t be posted (and may even get you banned), including abusive comments, comments referring to us (or anyone else) as bitches (”creative” spelling gets you no where - i.e. beeeeaches), any comment containing the F-word or any creative derivation of the F-word. Call me a prude if you like, but I don’t like it and it’s certainly unnecessary to any comment to be made here. Comments made just to elicit a fight will likely be deleted as well.
